18 most places and some places 21 and even other places 25. It all depends when, and where, and what hotel.
I would say, save your money, instead, use that money to buy a box of condoms and a blanket, then go park somewhere scenic, get in the back seat of his car and after wards you can sit on the hood of the car and look out over the beautiful scenery. Much more romantic.
Hotel beds are creaky and the rooms are NOT sound proof. Try your house.
It may depend on what state you live in, but I'm pretty sure you need to be at least 18, maybe even 21.
