but back in the day i was able to get hotel rooms, in about 5 different states, when i was young as 16 cuz i just totally BSed them, paid cash up front or when i was 17 (and had a damn good paying job of my own) had my own credit card under my name. i use to visit colleges alone cuz my parents were too busy working to pay the bills, and yes i made a lot of money for 17 yr old back in the day.What is the legal age to rent a hotel room?

depends on where your staying. you go down to your sleezy 8 motel and you can probably get out of there for 25 bucks an hour but you would need a credit card i bet no matter where you go
