How old do you have to be to rent a hotel room?

In some cities, where the hotel isn't that picky, you can go up to the front desk and give them some money. They love cash deals a lot.How old do you have to be to rent a hotel room?
you hav to be of legal age in the state you are renting the room in, or you have to have a gaurdian of legal age with you, , this is for legal reasons to protect the motel..How old do you have to be to rent a hotel room?
Some hotels require a credit card as a guarantee and if you are currently working and have excellent credit rating then the bank will issue you a credit right away. But I would guess at least when you are 18 years old.
No age as long as you have the money to pay for it
I think it is 18 but it depends on the hotel. Some want a credit card while others settle for cash. Just depends on where u want to stay.
