How old do you have to be to get a hotel room?

i looked at other questions and most said 18, 21,or 24


but they others said that you had to have a id, and credit card


im 16 have a drivers liscense, and a credit card


would that work if 3 of my friends and me got a hotel room?


or would we need a adult?How old do you have to be to get a hotel room?

Renting a hotel room is a contractual agreement.





Under the age of 18 is considered a minor.





Minors cannot enter into a contract.
you can be any age as long as you have the money. Although some places might ask for a parent or guardian signature of something like that. But I'm pretty sure it can be any age
Cheap ones will take 18 yr olds.. but nice ones that are worth staying at make sure you are at least 21 and sometimes 24 or 25. They don't want kids partying in them and destroying the room.
